Job summary

The Mather in Tysons Corner is seeking an Assisted Living Manager to oversee planning and implementation of objectives, policies and procedures for resident care in assisted living and memory support. This full-time, salaried role requires weekend and holiday availability and works at The Mather in Tysons Corner.

You will lead therapeutic programs, CMP, and staff development while ensuring regulatory compliance, resident dignity, and high-quality service across the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with long-term care, assisted living and memory support.
• Therapeutic background with Alzheimer and dementia.
• Effective leadership and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and State nursing regulations.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of therapeutic programs to maximize resident wellness.
• Supervise AL and Memory Support CNAs and coordinate with the DON.
• Coordinate clinical operations including infection control, falls, nutrition.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Manage staffing and scheduling for AL and Memory Support.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing dementia care training.
