Job summary

The Mather is seeking a friendly Lobby Receptionist to warmly welcome residents, families, and guests, delivering concierge services and ensuring safety at the front desk in Tysons, VA. This full-time hourly role requires weeknight, weekend, and holiday availability.

You will coordinate resident requests, support administrative tasks, and collaborate with a self-directed team to maintain seamless lobby operations and exceptional service standards.

Join our vibrant team at The Mather, where we create meaningful moments every day. As aLobby Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests—providing a warm welcome, ensuring safety, and delivering exceptional concierge services.

This is a full-time hourly position. Weeknight, weekend, and holiday availability required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and current market conditions. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on employment status and hours worked per pay period. Hourly Pay Range

$20.50 - $23.50 USD
