Flik Hospitality is seeking a Senior Concierge Ambassador in New York to set the tone for guest, client, and employee interactions. You will manage the corporate switchboard and serve as the primary contact for visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and secure experience from arrival to departure.

This high-touch role requires leadership, hospitality passion, and excellent communication as you mentor a concierge team and coordinate events and spaces with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Passion for hospitality and Platinum Service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and EMS reservations.
• Discretion and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor concierge team to deliver Platinum Service.
• Foster a culture of excellence, engagement and continuous improvement.
• Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Operate the corporate switchboard and coordinate meeting spaces.
• Oversee catering orders and support events.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with safety policies.
