Responsibilities include bar setup, cash handling, and collaboration with the service team to ensure smooth operations while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender or in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong mixology knowledge and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication and active listening skills.
• Basic math for cash handling and order processing.
• Familiar with health and safety regulations.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation and serving of drinks according to recipes and standards.
• Know and explain menu items; make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized bar experience.
• Ensure drinks are visually appealing and well-presented.
• Set up and maintain the bar area; keep it clean and organized.
• Process payments and manage tabs accurately.
• Provide entertainment and engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere.
• Monitor inventory and assist with reorder as needed.
• Follow all liquor laws and age verification procedures.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service.
