Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation: mix and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Know the drink menu ingredients, flavors, and presentation; make recommendations.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and provide personalized service.
• Present drinks attractively with garnishes and proper glassware.
• Set up and maintain the bar; ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage tabs and payments.
• Provide entertainment and engage guests, creating a lively atmosphere.
• Monitor beverage inventory and assist with counts and reorders.
• Comply with all alcohol regulations and verify age of customers.
