Job summary

The role emphasizes accurate billing, responsible alcohol service, and professional conduct, with emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction in a hospitality-forward setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of English and effective guest communication.
• Experience in beverage service is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling.
• TIPS/ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes.
• Set up, stock, and break down the bar, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor guest needs, handle payments, and reconcile cash/credit transactions.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify legal drinking age.
