Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and emails.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate service loaner appointments by phone, in person, or email.
• Maintain loaner vehicle inventory and align with service team.
• Provide vehicle status information to customers and follow up as needed.
• Assist Service Advisors and managers; handle high-volume, fast-paced environment.
