Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Communicate loaner vehicle processes and complete agreements.
• Inspect returned vehicles and document any damage.
• Reconcile customer bills and process payments.
• Address customer concerns via CRM and other communication methods.
