Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Ontario is seeking a friendly Loan Car Assistant to maintain an accurate loaner vehicle database, check vehicles in and out, and support customers while their cars are serviced. This role offers growth within our Service and Parts Department.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a valid in-state driver[32]s license, and a commitment to excellence. Earnest teamwork and attention to detail will help you deliver a positive guest experience every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication skills with customers are essential.
• Valid in-state driver[32]s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who require alternate transportation while their vehicle is in service.
• Verify customers provide proper documentation and complete appropriate paperwork before departing dealership in loan car.
• Ensure loaner vehicle is clean, fluids filled, and mats and plates are in place before loan.
• Maintain inventory status of loaner fleet and report any damages to Management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
