You will respond to leads, assist in vehicle selection with strong product knowledge, and strive to maintain high customer satisfaction while ensuring a positive dealership impression.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Previous experience with a CRM preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming sales leads professionally.
• Assist customers in vehicle selection with product knowledge to ensure customer happiness.
• Direct customers to product.
• Maintain service levels and retain clients by resolving concerns promptly; own the customer experience.
