Job summary

Crown Toyota in Ontario, CA is seeking a part-time Courtesy Vehicle Coordinator to manage the loaner and rental program during the morning rush. The role supports guests quickly and professionally, ensuring a smooth first impression when something goes wrong with their vehicle.

Responsibilities include processing check-outs, completing loaner paperwork, coordinating vehicle availability, and staging vehicles for outgoing guests.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Organized and accurate under a fast-paced morning rush.
• Clear, calm communicator to support guest experience.
• Reliable and punctual for early start times (6:30 AM).
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Process loaner and courtesy vehicle check-outs and check-ins efficiently during the morning rush.
• Complete rental and loaner agreements accurately with driver information and vehicle condition.
• Coordinate loaner vehicle availability by tracking fleet status and return times.
• Stage, inspect, and prepare courtesy vehicles for outgoing guests (clean, fueled, ready).
• Provide lunch coverage for the primary coordinator to maintain continuity of the program.
• Communicate proactively with service advisors on loaner availability and guest priority.
• Represent Crown Toyota's hospitality standard in every guest interaction.
