Qualifikationen

• Mandatory customer service experience; 2–3 years recommended.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of loan structures, payment schedules, amortizations, and interest rates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work on-site at our Foothill Ranch, CA office.
