Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong research, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with LOS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate loan documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Evaluate supporting documents such as income verification, identity and residency documents.
• Collaborate with Underwriters to clarify conditions and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with dealer partners to obtain missing documentation.
• Monitor stipulations and follow up to minimize funding delays.
• Document activity in LOS and internal systems; maintain accurate records.
• Assist in training and coaching to grow underwriting knowledge.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and written communications professionally.
