Job summary

CoWorx Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for the Foothill Ranch, CA area. You will support borrowers and dealer partners, resolve account inquiries, and ensure a positive experience throughout the loan process.

The role requires 2-3 years of customer service in financial services, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Loan Management Systems. Onsite work in Foothill Ranch is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in financial services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Working knowledge of loan structures, payment schedules, interest rates, and amortization concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to work onsite in Foothill Ranch, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling borrower inquiries and loan-related claims.
• Manage a high-volume call environment, handling 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and other channels.
• Work with dealer partners to resolve issues and obtain required information.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Identify and escalate suspicious or fraudulent loan applications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Develop expertise in loan products, policies, and processes.
• Review financial documents submitted by borrowers.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes.
• Adapt to changing policies and procedures while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customer service goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experience within the Powersports Finance Industry (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs).
• FinTech industry experience.
• Advanced education or professional certifications.
