Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations and drive toward branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and present tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, with compliance to laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and teams via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive, achievement orientation, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
