Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a customer service or sales role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and staff.
• Able to learn financial services programs and MS Office.
• Ability to complete duties in a timely, accurate manner.
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Work at the assigned branch location unless emergency dictates otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals.
• Learn applicable consumer lending laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments and deposits as required.
• May perform additional tasks based on market demand and staffing.
