Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Ability to complete duties in a timely, accurate manner.
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.
• Must work at the assigned branch unless emergency conditions apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit/financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Meet/exceed goals related to sale of company products and services.
• Learn applicable Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments and deposits.
• Perform additional tasks as needed based on market demand and staffing.
