Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services, LLC. is seeking a Loan Consultant II to deliver an exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extensions, and merchant referrals.

Responsibilities include processing verifications, loan approvals within limits, and actively marketing branch products. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 2–4+ years in consumer finance preferred. Office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 2-4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; process verifications and record information.
• Process payments, distributions, and make recommendations regarding loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to established lending limits and complete loan closings.
• Handle account activities related to collection accounts and communicate with customers.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain records; operate cash drawer and deposits.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
