Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and make recommendations regarding loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and complete closings.
• Handle account activities related to collection accounts and communicate with customers.
• Prepare reports, transaction documentation, and maintain records; operate cash drawer and balance branch cash.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
