Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling and computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and on calls; verify credit and employment information.
• Process payments, distributions, and make recommendations on loan approvals.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and close loans.
• Handle account activities related to collections and customer communications.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation; operate cash drawer and balance records.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
