Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services seeks a Loan Consultant I to deliver exceptional customer experience and personal loan solutions. The role focuses on building a customer base via sales, loan extensions, and merchant referrals, with emphasis on compliance and meeting monthly goals.

The position offers opportunities to market branch products, process loans up to lending limits, and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
0-2 years consumer finance or related experience
Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Excellent communication skills
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications

Responsibilities

Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; process payments and loan decisions within lending limits; handle account activities including collections.
Prepare reports, correspondences, and documentation; operate cash drawer and process deposits; maintain records and branch closing.
Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
