Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Computer skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and by phone.
• Process payments, verifications, and loan approvals within lending limits.
• Complete loan closings and handle account activities for collections.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain records and files.
• Actively market branch products and services to customers.
