Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–4+ years consumer finance experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience and strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office and over the phone.
• Process payments, distributions, and make loan recommendations.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and close loans.
• Handle account activities related to collections and customer contacts.
• Prepare reports, documentation and maintain records; operate cash drawer and deposits.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
