Tower Loan is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Meridian, MS. This on-site, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service, processing payments, and promoting financial solutions to customers. You will balance cash drawers, handle deposits, and support branch operations.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and are comfortable with sales-oriented customer service. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cash handling or sales is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and promoting financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including deposits.
• Perform office administrative duties such as mail, filing, and purchasing supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
