The position emphasizes compliance, monthly goal attainment, and accurate processing. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 0-2 years of consumer finance experience and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applications.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Bilingual, Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone; process verifications, record information, and assist with loan decisions.
• Prepare reports, transaction documentation, and maintain branch records and cash.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
