The role focuses on building a customer base through sales, loan extensions and merchant referrals, with success tied to customer experience, business generation, compliance, and meeting monthly goals.

The position requires strong communication skills, basic finance knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.
• Bilingual, Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office; receive and process verifications; record information; process payments; approve loans up to limits; complete loan closings; handle account activity with customers.
• Prepare reports, correspondences, transaction documentation, and record/file documentation; operate cash drawer, process deposits, maintain records and closing of the branch.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
