Qualifications

• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office or calling by phone
• Process payments and distributions; record information; handle loan approvals within limits
• Prepare reports and documentation; maintain records and file documentation
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals
• Meet monthly goals and ensure compliance and accurate records
