Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone; process verifications and record information; process payments and loan closings; manage branch accounts and records.
Approve loans up to established lending limits and coordinate loan closings.
Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
Prepare reports, correspondences, transaction documentation, and file documentation; operate cash drawer and bank deposits.
Meet monthly goals and ensure compliance in all duties.
