OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Kansas to assist customers with financing options, engaging them from initial contact through loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes friendly, fast service and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include multitasking across channels, meeting branch goals, and educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance products. On-site schedule Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
