Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and clear outcomes.
• Build new connections and engage customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
