Qualifications

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands for timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to hit branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
