Responsibilities include guiding customers through loan processes, maintaining compliance, and educating on loan options. On-site role with standard hours and occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask to provide timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations and support branch goals.
• Develop relationships and engage customers through loan processes.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, in compliance with laws.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve targets and stay goal-oriented.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
