Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service.
• Bilingual - Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by presenting tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers across channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems).
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
