OneMain Financial Group in the United States is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to empower customers by listening to their needs and offering accessible financing options.

You will multitask, exceed expectations, develop connections, manage loan lifecycles including collections, and engage customers across phone, email, chat, and our systems. On-site role with overtime as needed on some weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask effectively and adapt to changing demands to deliver timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by presenting tailored solutions throughout the loan process.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans, terms, and options.
