OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing. You will listen to needs and present tailored loan options while working to exceed branch goals.

This on-site role offers career development, daily hours Monday through Friday with occasional extended hours, including Saturdays. You can grow toward leadership roles while enjoying health benefits, a 401(k) match, tuition assistance, paid time off and other employee

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results aligned with branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Show drive and goal-oriented attitude in daily work.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
