Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Develop connections and engage customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.

• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products clearly.
