Thinklance LLP is seeking a customer-focused specialist to manage the loan lifecycle, from application through collections, while ensuring compliant, timely service. You will multitask across channels and deliver solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

Top candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and experience in sales, collections, or customer service. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, with a base hourly compensation in the mid-teens and comprehensive benefits.
