Job summary

The role involves juggling multiple tasks, engaging customers across channels, and guiding loan lifecycles while maintaining compliance.

You will work Monday–Friday with possible extended hours, including Saturdays, in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic loan-sales duties to deliver timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations by providing empathy and encouragement to achieve branch goals.
• Develop connections with customers and guide them through the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a results-driven, go-getter mindset and drive to succeed.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products to ensure informed decisions.
