Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers, assess needs, and present tailored financing options.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections, with compliance to laws.
• Engage customers through phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
