Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ongoing relationships throughout the loan process.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a goal-oriented attitude to achieve targets.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
