Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and results aligned with branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers through the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and maintain a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
