Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems).
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and ensure understanding of loans and terms.
