Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships throughout loan process.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our systems.

• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
