OneMain Financial seeks Loan Sales Specialists to empower customers by listening to their needs and presenting tailored financing solutions for life’s expenses.

This on-site Colorado role features a Monday–Friday schedule, with some extended hours as needed. The base salary ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus a competitive incentive program and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask in a dynamic role to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute to branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan life cycle and present tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle and collections while complying with laws.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Demonstrate achievement-driven attitude and drive to succeed.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
