Base salary is targeted at $17.00–$20.00 per hour with additional performance-based incentives. The role entails educating customers on loan terms, managing the loan lifecycle, and delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement to achieve goals.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
