Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and results aligned to branch goals.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers, offering tailored loan solutions.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections, in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
