OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to empower customers with financing options and guide them through the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes attentive service, compliance, and achievement in a competitive, supportive environment.

Location is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and some extended hours. Base salary targets range from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with additional performance-based compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Exhibit empathy and drive to exceed branch goals while delivering compliant service across channels.
• Manage loan lifecycle and collections activities in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products to ensure understanding.
