Target base salary range is $23.00-$25.00 per hour, with eligibility for an additional compensation program based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and delivering results aligned with branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections activities, in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and stay goal-oriented.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
