Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking Loan Sales Specialists to help customers access financing for life’s expenses. On-site role, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday hours, base pay $18.00–$22.00 per hour plus performance-based incentives.

You’ll develop client connections, manage loan lifecycles including collections, and potentially advance to leadership. High School Diploma or GED required; bilingual Spanish preferred; strong customer service experience valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Develop connections and maintain relationships, presenting tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycles, including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and stay goal-oriented.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
