Aufgaben

• Provide direct assistance to Members, team members, and third parties regarding inquiries and solutions related to post-funding loans and DMV title processing.
• Ensure timely completion of requests and transactions while complying with internal standards and external regulations.
• Process payoff requests, reamortizations, and file maintenance for consumer loans.
• Ensure refunds and loan payments are properly credited or applied to Member loans.
• Coordinate title release and lien releases for paid-off loans.
• Review DMV packets for accuracy and prepare for processing.
• Respond to inquiries concerning loan servicing, payoffs, and DMV-related questions.
• Assist Members and branches via phone with DMV questions, title issues, and registrations.
